Bonuses
CFTS may, at its discretion, provide bonuses or other forms of recognition to employees in acknowledgement of exceptional performance, significant contributions, or the successful completion of important projects.
Bonuses are not guaranteed and are awarded based on factors such as individual performance, team contributions, company performance, and operational achievements.
Where bonuses are awarded, the criteria and structure of such recognition will be determined by management in accordance with company practices and operational considerations.
The purpose of such recognition is to acknowledge dedication, initiative, and contributions that support the continued success of the organisation.
